We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, profitability, or performance of any pick, prediction, or piece of content. All decisions to wager are yours alone.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, losing wagers, dissatisfaction with picks, or accidental purchases. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. You have two options:

1. Cancel on your ownthrough your PayPal account by logging in, navigating to “Payments” → “Manage automatic payments,” and canceling the subscription for The Best Bet on Sports.
2. Email us to cancel at support@thebestbetonsports.com — please send the cancellation request at least 72 hours before your next billing date so we have time to process it before you are charged again.

If you do not cancel through PayPal directly and do not give us the 72-hour notice, your next billing cycle may still process. This falls under our no-refund policy above.

Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via PayPal. Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the standard rate unless you cancel. First-month promotional pricing (if applicable) is a one-time discount; subsequent months are billed at the full monthly rate.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Responsible Gambling

We encourage all subscribers to gamble responsibly. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek help immediately.

Email & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or subscription service, you consent to receive marketing and service emails from The Best Bet on Sports. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Active paying subscribers will continue to receive service-related emails (pick delivery, billing notifications) until subscription cancellation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
